Step 1. Visit http://rpsconline.rajasthan.gov.in/
Step 2. Click on "Verify Your Application ID"
Step 3. Reach your RAS Pre 2013 call letter and type "Ref App. No" in available space on webpage and hit search button
Step 4. Now note down "Unique ID" and "Token No." = This is how you'll find token number for RAS pre 2013 Re-exam
Step 5. Click on Logo or Home Page or Visit http://rpsconline.rajasthan.gov.in/ again.
Step 6. Click on "Get Filled Form"
Step 7. Enter the asked info (eg Unique ID and Token No. you noted down)
Step 8. Hit/Click proceed and download your application for RAS pre 2013 in .pdf form
